Copy photos from your PC to your iPad or iPhone.
There are a number of ways to copy your photos from your computer to your iPad or iPhone. Apple’s cloud-based Photo Stream allows easy sharing of photos between Apple devices. You can also use a web-based service such as Dropbox, GoogleDrive or OneDrive, or download a photo-sharing app to transfer photos across a wi-fi connection.
However, one of the simplest methods is to use iTunes to transfer photos when syncing your iPad to your PC.
Step 1 Create a folder containing images you want to transfer to the iPad on your computer. If using a Mac, you can skip this step and choose photos directly from iPhoto.
Step 2 Connect your iPad to the computer with the sync cable.
Step 3 Open iTunes on your computer and select the iPad icon under Devices.
Step 4 Click the Photos tab at the top of the iTunes window, and then check the box Synch photos from.
Step 5 Click Choose folder from the drop-down menu, and select your picture folder. On a Mac you can choose photos directly from iPhoto.
Step 6 Click Apply at the bottom of the page to sync the photos from the computer to the iPad.
Step 7 The photos will be transferred and appear in a new album within the iPad Photos app.
